About 30,200 Car Seat Adaptors for Strollers were recalled after Baby Jogger received 47 reports of the car seat adaptor support bars failing, causing the car seat to fall to the floor. Two of the reports included injuries to infants, specifically bruising the head and toes. The recalled car seat products were made in China. See the recall.

About 169,300 Vitamix 64-Ounce Low-Profile Containers were recalled after the company received 18 reports of the blades breaking while in use. The recalled blender containers were manufactured in the United States. See the recall.

About 25,541 White 2-Bulb Floor Lamps were recalled by Target after the company received six reports of the lamp short circuiting after a light bulb was fully tightened. Gree recalls dehumidifiers due to fire and burning hazards
Over 2.2 million dehumidifiers with brand names including Danby, De’Longhi, Fedders, Fellini, Frigidaire, Gree, Kenmore, Norpole, Premiere, Seabreeze, SoleusAir, and SuperClima were recalled after 165 reports of the dehumidifiers overheating and catching fire.
