About 400 Kenta and Kenta Plus child carriers were recalled by Liberty Mountain after two reports of the side strap’s seam unraveling. The recalled child carriers were made in Germany. See the recall.

About 52,500 Green Toys Mini Vehicles were recalled after Green Toys received 10 reports of the wheels or hubcaps detaching from the vehicles, posing a choking risk. The recalled mini vehicles were manufactured in the United States. See the recall.
Midwest Folding Products issues recall for stage caddies due to risk of injury or death
About 5,300 stage and riser caddies by Midwest Folding Products were recalled after a 3-year-old girl died after a portable stage fell out of its caddy and hit her on the head. About 795,000 Kenmore Dehumidifiers were recalled after Sears and Kenmore received 107 reports of the dehumidifiers overheating and catching fire, smoking, or melting. 3 injuries of smoke inhalation have been reported and property damage is estimated at over $7 million.
