As the 62-year-old woman drew her last breath, two other drivers got admitted to the hospital. However, their conditions remain undisclosed.
Meanwhile, Wells stated that the initial collision occurred when a 25-year-old man from Anaheim, driving the BMW sedan, failed to stop at the red light. He rear-ended a Toyota Rav4, containing a driver and the Anaheim woman.
Consequently, this forced the BMW onto the driver’s side of a pickup truck in the neighboring lane.
Unfortunately, the police pronounced the woman in Rav4 dead at the site. However, they did not disclose her identity while waiting to notify her family. On the other hand, the medical team released the pickup driver at the scene after treatment.
