About 25,000 CompuTrainer Blue Flywheels were recalled after RacerMate received five reports of the flywheels shattering while in use, ejecting pieces of metal. About 288,000 Fiskars® 32-inch Bybass Looper Shears were recalled for a second time after Fiskars received an additional 10 injury reports after the initial recall announced in October 2014. The looper handle can break while in use, posing a laceration risk. The 10 recent injuries included pinched fingers, bruising, and lacerations, with some injuries requiring stitches.
