Oceanside, CA (April 15, 2024) – A pedestrian accident on Oceanside Boulevard killed a man and injured two others after a car hit them while crossing the street. According to the San Diego Union Tribune, the crash happened around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday.

The Oceanside Police said the accident occurred just west of College Boulevard. Reportedly, the three people were crossing the street about 100 yards west of College. Then, an eastbound Toyota Corolla hit them.

Subsequently, emergency services rushed all three to hospitals. 

Unfortunately, the 21-year-old man passed away there. Meanwhile, the survivors, a 24-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman, received treatment and left the hospital.

On the other hand, the driver of the Toyota stopped and talked to the police. The authorities confirmed the driver was not under the influence. Also, speed did not cause the accident.
